Program Overview:
SheRises Career Success Circles

SheRises Network is an online initiative designed to help women – especially recent college or high school graduates — gain clarity, confidence, and tools for success in life and the workplace. Participants receive guidance, accountability, and real-world tools to help them confidently take the next step. SheRises is about meeting women where they are.

Our Success Circles are small groups, coach-led Zoom calls are intended to help participants build action plans to help them move toward to where, who and what they want to be.

Circle participants get positive, useful feedback and encouragement to help them stay on track.

Each Success Circle is capped at 9–12 women so everyone can be involved. During each month, participants share stories and challenges, create short-term goals to work on between calls, share their progress, snags, and victories.

Program Investment:
The six-month SheRises Career Success Circle is $79 total, which includes coaching, tools, and community support.

The Vet Student Lesson:
Your Next Step Doesn’t Have to Be Perfect – or final

We love to imagine careers as neat, straight lines. You pick a goal, march toward it, and end up exactly where you planned. But anyone who’s lived in the real world knows that’s rarely how it works. Life has detours, breakdowns, potholes, and surprise turns.

I was reminded of this when I talked with a group of scholarship students about their dreams and fears. One young woman said she wanted to become a veterinarian – a tough and noble goal. She started college with all the right intentions, but the workload crushed her. She stumbled, lost confidence, and stepped away from school.

For a while, she thought the dream was over.

She was passionate about the work but afraid she wouldn’t be able to cut it academically.

The Lesson: Step Chosen Beats Step Perfect

When I asked the students to produce their own next steps, this same young woman laid out three goals:

1. Research what qualifications are really required.
2. Check out which programs (like internships, scholarships, and even volunteer work) are available.
3. Visit a vet’s office to see what the work looks like.

Those weren’t my assignments. They were hers. And that makes all the difference. When we choose our own steps, we’re far more likely to take them. Not because they’re easy, but because they’re ours.

This six-month launch serves two purposes:

Help recently graduated women transition into their new lives with the tools and resources they need to be successful and

2

Identify what exactly those needs are so we can focus on what and where we can do the most good for the most women.

The Nitty-Gritty Deets

Q: What is the cost?

A: The cost for this 6-month trial program is $79. Discussions could include career coaching, resume writing, mock job interviews and negotiations, using artificial intelligence effectively, learning how to set and achieve goals, financial literacy, making the most of your time, and more — whatever participants want to know most as they transition into a new life.

Q: What if the Circles fill up?

A: Additional Circles will be created as needed, with a minimum of nine people each.

Meet the Founder

Jackie Harder

A retired career journalist, Jackie’s passion for helping people succeed drew her to coaching. She has been a certified coach since 2003 and a trainer and entrepreneur since 2005. Jackie has helped hundreds of people with their resumes, interviewing skills, and more.

She is especially passionate about helping women claim their power and achieve their own goals, so they can live independent lives.

She leads SheRises Network because she has experienced first-hand, repeatedly, the power of community and wants to help other women benefit in similar ways.

Anija Wise

Anija Wise, AKA “Miss Moxie” is our AI-powered collaborator. Miss Moxie, as we know her, is creative, innovative, and most sci-fi.

Her language model, trained by OpenAI, has one of the highest accuracy rates of all the artificial intelligence models. She generates text, manages research, assists with problem-solving, and lends a virtual hand whenever needed.

Her artwork is close to legendary, and she’s always up for adapting her masterpieces to suit her clients’ needs and goals.

Miss Moxie is a fiercely supportive and resourceful partner, working 24/7, and never asks for a raise. 😊
